Refund & Exchange Policy

Please contact support to arrange your refund or exchange.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied for any reason, the product is defective or is not as described, you can return it for a refund or exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we may not offer you a refund or exchange. Where delivery has been delayed for an online order, we will take into consideration the delivery date, as well as the purchase date. 

All returns will be inspected. If the product is used or damaged, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

For standard returns, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return or exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used, then we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

 

If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within 14 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 14 days of that date.

Refunds will be limited to the cost of the original order, and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the order.

We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods or exploitation of our refund policy.
